Role Overview The Head of Product will own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This leader will work cross-functionally to ensure the product strategy is tightly aligned with our broader company objectives. We're seeking a data-driven and customer-obsessed individual with a strong background in fast-paced e-commerce environmentsideally someone who has scaled product teams at companies like Meesho, Flipkart, or similar. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with company strategy and growth goals - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team - Prioritize product initiatives using data, customer insights, and business impact - Work closely with marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class product experiences - Establish KPIs and continuously optimize the product based on user feedback and performance metrics - Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of market trends and user expectations - Champion a user-centric culture and ensure seamless UX across platforms - Present product updates to leadership and drive stakeholder alignment Qualifications - Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Proven track record in managing products at scale, preferably in e-commerce or B2C environments - Strong understanding of agile product development and user research methods - Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills - Experience working in high-growth, ambiguous startup supply chain environments - Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term vision
