10+ years in jewelry product development, preferably with experience in luxury or designer jewellery

1. Product Strategy & Innovation:

- Develop and implement product development strategies for silver jewelry collections.

- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.

- Lead innovation in design, techniques, and finishes specific to silver jewelry.

- Define the product roadmap in alignment with brand vision and business goals.

2. Design & Development:

- Lead design and prototyping of new silver jewelry collections, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. o Ensure designs are production-feasible without compromising quality or aesthetics.

- Collaborate with artisans, designers, and manufacturers for creative and technical execution.

3. Team Leadership & Management:

- Manage and mentor a team of designers, CAD specialists, and product developers. o Encourage creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team. o

- Allocate resources effectively to meet timelines and project budgets.

4. Quality & Production Oversight:

- Oversee production processes ensuring high-quality silver jewelry manufacturing.

- Maintain strict quality control standards, including finishing, hallmarking, and material purity.

- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and industry standards for silver.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align products with market demand and commercial goals.

- Support campaigns, exhibitions, and launches with technical insights and product expertise.

6. Financial & Commercial:

Responsibility:

- Manage budgets for product development, sourcing, and design projects.

- Monitor product profitability and optimize costs while maintaining quality.

- Recommend pricing strategies based on silver material costs, design value, and market positioning.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in jewelry product development

- Expertise in jewelry design, manufacturing techniques, and finishing processes.

- Proven experience in leading product development teams and delivering commercially successful collections.

- Educational background in Jewelry Design, Gemology, Fine Arts, or related fields preferred.

- Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and modern design tools
