- Manage the product life cycle, profitability, product pricing, NPI Ideation and process management.

- Direct and maintain competitive product portfolio across retail channel, E-commerce platforms and projects business.

- Design VOC, understand segmentation and target value proposition to different customer segments.

- Effectively promote and advertise brands by creating sales enablers, collaterals.

- Managing content development for E-commerce platforms, channel marketing and trade promotional activities.

- Developing team member for next level

- Ensure job clarity to all team member

- Periodic review of team performance
