
Description: A high-growth consumer brand is looking for a Head of Product & Technology to lead its end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem and omni-channel technology stack. This role owns product strategy, engineering delivery, and tech-led business growth.
What Youll Own:
- Lead Product & Technology across Digital Commerce (website/app), marketplace integrations, ERP, OMS, WMS & POS systems.
- Directly manage technology teams (product, engineering, QA, integrations). Roles with only dotted-line tech management will not be considered.
- Build product roadmaps, lead platform enhancements, and ensure seamless cross-system integrations.
- Drive SEO-led organic growth, including scaling organic traffic from 0/low to 1,00,000+ monthly visitors.
- Develop and scale omni-channel capabilities: loyalty programs, store-based fulfilment, unified inventory, and frictionless customer journeys.
- Collaborate closely with business, ecommerce, marketing, operations & finance teams to deliver tech-enabled growth.
Must-Have Expertise:
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
- 10-12+ years in Product & Technology within D2C, Ecommerce, or Omnichannel environments.
Mandatory:
- Direct tech team management
- Shopify / Shopify+ expertise
- Ownership of Digital Commerce + ERP/OMS/WMS/POS (not just one area)
- Hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable scale-up
- Strong experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, and delivering scalable platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of UX, analytics, performance optimization & e-commerce security.
Good to Have:
- Omni-channel experience: loyalty, store fulfilment, inventory optimization.
- Exposure to MarTech tools: CDP, automation, attribution, first-party data solutions.
- Marketplace integration and consumer-tech growth experience.
