Job Summary:

To design, implement, and continuously enhance credit strategy, product structures, and underwriting frameworks for personal loans

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design the Product and Strategy for Personal Loans

- Define product constructs. Benchmark against competitors and market best practices

- Portfolio Monitoring & Review

- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

- Process Innovation & Digitization

- Underwriting Framework Design & Enhancement

- Stakeholder Management- Will work closely with Credit Head and Policy Head
