Head - Product & Strategy - Mortgages

- We at FyneHand are mandated to work on Head Product & Strategy for a Financial services firm based out of Gurgaon

- He will be working with core leadership team across businesses on designing & deploying of term strategic business objectives and programs.

- Define the vision and roadmap for mortgage products (e.g., Home Loans, LAP, Affordable Housing).

- Identify new geographic opportunities and segment-specific offerings.

- Policy & Underwriting: Refine product policies, credit norms, pricing, and profitability frameworks.

- Digital Transformation: Spearhead digital lending penetration, optimize user experience (UX), and leverage technology to reduce Turnaround Time

- P&L & Portfolio Management: Own product profitability, monitor portfolio health,

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Credit, Risk, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution and regulatory adherence

- Provide product training, go-to-market strategies, and toolkits to frontline sales team

- Driving specific initiatives to accelerate growth

- The candidate must have at least 12-18 years of relevant experience in working in a product role in mortgages/LAP segment.
