Strategic Marketing & Business Growth:

- Define and implement marketing and business development strategies aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives.

- Drive market expansion initiatives in domestic and international markets, identifying new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships.

- Oversee key account management, ensuring strong relationships with strategic customers and retention of long-term partnerships.

- Support the sales organization with campaigns, presentations, proposals, and strategic engagements to secure large projects.

Brand & Corporate Communication:

- Strengthen the corporate brand identity at domestic and global levels.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and associations.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace for top industry talent.

- Oversee corporate communication, digital marketing, media, and PR strategies.

Supply Chain & Product Strategy (Value Chain):

- Provide leadership in demand planning, channel management, and product lifecycle management.

- Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and R&D to ensure customer-focused product and supply chain strategies.

- Implement cost-optimization strategies while maintaining customer service levels.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead a high-performing marketing, sales, and business development team.

- Mentor and groom future leaders, ensuring succession planning.

- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, R&D, finance).
