Role/ Job Title: Head Product and Governance Issuer

Function/ Department: Toll & Transit

Job Purpose:

The resource will be responsible for overall product portfolio, Service and Governance on the Issuer Business side.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of Product managers and service/governance team. Ensure the revenue and cost objectives of the team is met.

- Developing strategic plans to expand the product offerings.

- Keeping the working knowledge of the industry's climate and competition to effectively implement the strategy.

- Preparing and delivering the report of the management on a frequent basis

- Ensure the business acquisition is compiled and maintain quality of business.

- Focus on building capabilities.

- Ensuring the cross-selling of other products.

- Ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are high.

- Ensure necessary product changes and modifications are built as per the necessary timelines and requirements.

- Achieve cross-sell revenues are achieved.

- Understanding Government policies and directives

- Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines in PPI

- Revenue and profitability.

- Team and culture building.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelors degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream
