Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead our clients product organization into its next phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from high-level strategic planning to tactical execution. You will bridge the gap between business goals, technical capabilities, and user needs to build world-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with the companys 2026 growth targets.
- Identify emerging market trends (including AI/ML applications) to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Team Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers.
- Foster a "Product-Led Growth" (PLG) culture that prioritizes user value and rapid experimentation.
3. Execution & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality, timely releases.
- Work closely with Engineering to balance technical debt with new feature innovation.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as North Star Metrics, Retention, and LTV.
- Use advanced product analytics to iterate on features based on real-time user behavior.
5. Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as the primary advocate for the product across the executive team, Sales, and Marketing.
- Translate complex technical roadmaps into business value for investors and board members.
The Ideal Profile
- Experience: 8 - 12+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of, Director, or VP).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and a proven track record of integrating AI/Automated workflows into consumer or B2B products.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to move a product from "Early Adopter" phase to "Mass Market" scale.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills; able to inspire a team and influence external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
