Head - Procurement - Renewable Energy

Head - Procurement | Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, BESS).

Location - Ahmedabad Gujarat.

CTC upto 1.

2 CR (20-30% hike on current CTC).

- Renewable energy experience mandatory.

- We are seeking an accomplished procurement leader to drive global sourcing and supply chain operations across renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage international procurement units in China & Singapore.

- Develop global sourcing strategies for solar modules, wind turbines, BESS, inverters, transformers, and BoP.

- Lead contract drafting & negotiations with international vendors.

- Build strong vendor relationships across India, China & Southeast Asia.

- Ensure project procurement execution aligned with milestones and budgets.

- Drive compliance with trade laws, ESG standards, and risk management.

- Implement SOPs, digitization, and ERP integration for procurement workflows.

- Lead and mentor a global procurement team.

- Represent the organization in international negotiations and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 15-25 years in procurement/supply chain within renewable energy/EPC.

- Proven track record in large- scale procurement (>1 GW RE projects).

- Experience managing teams of 15+ and setting up overseas business units.

- Strong knowledge of global supply markets, customs/import laws, forex, and contracting.
