Head - Procurement - Manufacturing/FMCG/Chemical Industry

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end Pan-India sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials across departments. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the entire procurement process for raw and packaging materials across all departments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain efficiency.

- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

Qualifications:

Graduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably from the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Chemical industries, with proven expertise in Pan-India sourcing, vendor management, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
