Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end procurement for all products across baby care (0-2 years) and the upcoming 2-7 years range including toys. - Vendor identification & management, including white-labelling partners for new SKUs. - Negotiation and cost optimization to align with mid-20s EBITDA targets. - Drive supplier diversification and risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure quality, timelines, and compliance for both domestic and international markets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing) to align sourcing with market expansion. - Build scalable systems and practices in line with IPO readiness. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 12+ years of procurement experience in consumer goods, baby products, toys, or related FMCG/D2C sectors. - Strong understanding of white-labelling, vendor development, and cost control. - Experience in managing high-growth environments and GT/MT/e-comm channels. - Prior exposure to international sourcing and exports is a strong plus. - Willingness to relocate to Rajkot and work in close coordination with a founder-led leadership team. - Highly execution-oriented with a passion for quality and scale.
