Experience:

- 18-25 years of experience in Procurement & Contracts for Residential, Commercial, Township, High-Rise Buildings, IT Parks, Mixed-Use, and Retail Projects.

- Experience from Real Estate Developers, Construction, Infrastructure or Contracting companies.

- Should have a stable career with proven contributions at each organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the procurement of materials and services for large-scale real estate projects.

- Drive efficient and cost-effective sourcing to ensure project quality and timelines.

- Identify and finalize contractors/vendors; manage vendor relationships.

- Prequalify contractors and ensure adherence to ISO standards and company systems.

- Standardize processes and procedures across procurement and contracts.

- Manage contractor claim settlements efficiently.

- Drive strategic sourcing, vendor development, and long-term tie-ups.

- Handle negotiations for procurement of materials and services.

Preferred Profile:

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to handle large-scale projects and high-value contracts.

- Exposure to complex real estate or mixed-use developments preferred.
