Summary:

The Domain Principal, Sourcing and Procurement, is responsible for the delivery of sourcing and procurement services to XYZ clients.

This includes leading a team of professionals in delivering a wide range of procurement solutions, such as strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement operations, and procurement technology enablement.

The Practice Delivery Leader will also be responsible for developing and executing the sourcing and procurement strategy, as well as managing the performance of the delivery team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the XYZ BPM Sourcing and Procurement practice to be an industry leader by providing technology-led transformation services that deliver superior value and efficiency for clients.

- Chart a path to deliver superior customer experience by establishing a performance-benchmarked delivery structure supporting clients across geographies and industries.

- Develop and execute the sourcing and procurement strategy, including:

- Identifying and assessing client needs in procurement and supply chain management

- Developing and implementing solutions that address those needs

- Measuring the success and impact of the sourcing and procurement strategy

- Manage the performance of the sourcing and procurement team by:

- Setting goals and objectives

- Providing feedback and coaching

- Appraising performance

- Ensure procurement services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner

- Meet or exceed client expectations for sourcing and procurement engagements

- Stay up-to-date on the latest procurement trends, technologies, and best practices

- Develop and implement new procurement initiatives and digital solutions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- 15+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with a focus on delivery leadership

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with procurement technology platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement)

- Experience with global procurement operations

- Experience with cross-functional collaboration

- Experience with change management
