Head - Procurement

Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head the Procurement function, responsible for driving sourcing excellence, vendor strategy, cost optimization, and process transformation across the organization.

- The role will lead end-to-end procurement operations including strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and category management to ensure business continuity, quality, and value creation.

- The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align procurement strategy with business goals and deliver sustainable savings while ensuring compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management for direct and indirect categories.

- Ensure cost optimization and quality assurance across the supply base.

- Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvements in procurement.

- Establish governance frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management processes.

- Build and lead a high-performing procurement team with a focus on capability development.

- Partner with finance, operations, and business units to enable strategic decision-making.
