The Head - Process Excellence will lead the organization's continuous improvement agenda by driving Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Excellence initiatives across functions. The role will focus on process optimization, cost reduction, productivity improvement, quality enhancement, and building a strong culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the enterprise-wide Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement roadmap
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions
- Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping, value stream mapping, and data analysis
- Drive cost reduction, cycle time reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement projects
- Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems
- Mentor and coach Green Belts, Black Belts, and functional leaders on Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Institutionalize standardization, SOPs, best practices, and change management
- Partner with senior leadership to align excellence initiatives with business strategy
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects and ensure sustained benefits realization
- Build a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline
