Head Process & IT Enablement

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, and IT Enablement initiatives for a leading financial services organization. This is a techno-commercial role that will serve as a strategic bridge between Business and Technology teams, driving process improvements, customer experience enhancements, and technology-led business transformation.

The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to the Microfinance (MFI) domain, business process transformation, and UI/UX-driven solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

- Drive process re-engineering, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives.

- Lead UI/UX improvements across customer-facing and internal applications.

- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.

- Improve customer journeys and operational efficiency through technology enablement.

- Establish governance frameworks and track business impact of digital initiatives.

- Drive adoption and change management across business functions.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA / Engineering from a reputed institution.

- Strong understanding of Microfinance / Rural Lending / NBFC operations.

- Experience in Digital Transformation, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Product Management, or Technology Enablement roles.

- Proven ability to work across Business and IT functions.

- Strong exposure to UI/UX, Customer Journey Mapping, and Process Re-engineering.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives is preferred.
