About the Role

Were launching one of the most exciting private label charters in q-commerce - and were looking for a Head of Private Label to build it from the ground up. This is a 0 1 leadership role where youll create, scale, and own a multi-brand, multi-category private label portfolio that reaches millions of customers.

If youve built or scaled FMCG or D2C brands, love combining brand-building with product creation, and thrive in the speed and complexity of e-commerce/q-commerce, this role offers a rare canvas to make a lasting impact.

What Youll Do:


- Build and scale private label brands from concept to launch to scale (0 1 n)

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle: product strategy, brand positioning, pricing, GTM, and growth

- Drive P&L ownership, including margins, cost structures, and profitability

- Lead product development across multiple categories including Food & Beverages, Groceries and more

- Work closely with sourcing, supply chain, design, growth, and category teams to execute at speed

- Use customer insights, data, and market trends to inform product innovation and brand strategy

- Establish strong operating rhythms to scale brands rapidly in a high-velocity q-commerce environment

What Were Looking For:


- Proven experience in FMCG and/or D2C, with strong brand management and product creation expertise

- Strong experience in Buy side.

- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling brands or product lines

- Deep understanding of e-commerce or q-commerce dynamics (speed, selection, unit economics)

- Strong commercial mindset with comfort owning revenue, margins, and growth

Experience:


- Significant experience in FMCG or D2C, with clear brand and product leadership credentials
