Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / Client-facing)
Experience: 5-9 Years
Domain: Luxury Hospitality / Private Banking / High-End Fashion Retail
Role Overview:
We are looking for a sophisticated Head of Private Clients to lead our VIP segment. This is not a standard customer service role; it is about building a "Private Club" experience. You will manage a portfolio of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), celebrities, and top-tier fashion collectors, providing them with bespoke shopping experiences and exclusive access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Build and nurture relationships with the top 1% of our customer base (HNIs/UHNIs).
- Personal Styling Services: Lead a team of personal stylists who provide curated lookbooks and "Home-trial" services for luxury collections.
- Exclusive Access: Organize "By-Invitation-Only" events, private trunk shows, and early access to limited-edition global drops (e.g., Herm- s, Rolex, or Limited Collabs).
- Retention & Growth: Drive "Share of Wallet" by understanding the lifestyle and preferences of VIP clients. Ensure zero churn in the high-value segment.
- White-Glove Concierge: Oversee a dedicated concierge desk that handles special requestsfrom sourcing a rare watch globally to arranging "Gifting" for high-profile weddings.
- CRM & Analytics: Use luxury-focused CRM data to predict client milestones (birthdays, anniversaries) and proactively suggest high-value purchases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in managing HNI/UHNI clients. Background in Luxury Hotels (Concierge), Private Banking (Wealth Management), or Luxury Retail is mandatory.
- Presence: Exceptional grooming, etiquette, and social graces. You must be comfortable interacting with the "Who's Who" of the country.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury heritage, "It" bags, haute couture, and investment-grade watches.
- Communication: Master of sophisticated conversation. Ability to build rapport without being "pushy."
- Education: MBA or a specialized degree in Luxury Management from a global institute (e.g., SDA Bocconi, ESSEC, or Glion).
