Head/Principal - Investment Products

Description:

Position: Principal - Investments (Listed)

- Manage (research, presentation, investment, monitoring, and exits) the Listed Investment Portfolio of Listed Equities (direct, ETF, MFs, PMS) to achieve targeted return.

- Decide on opportunities to invest in keeping a horizon of 3-5 (Pls confirm this from Investment Charter) years wrt beating the benchmark returns.

- Continuously develop a deep understanding of macro-level sectoral trends

- Engage with consultants, advisors etc on an ongoing basis to monitor sectoral trends.

- Monitor and track performance of the investments.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in finance or a relevant field from an accredited institution.

- Possession of MBA degree or related qualifications like CA and CFA will be advantageous.

- 10+ years direct investing experience.

- Proactive and high-energy with a hands-on approach to problem solving

- Unquestionable integrity and ethics

- Results-oriented

- Good Leader adapts self to the team and puts organizational priorities first, a collegial personality, and a collaborative approach that fits well with the team

- Strong relationship management skills networking, influencing, collaborating and a proven ability to build trust with entrepreneurs and other organizational partners
