Qualification : B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil); M.Tech/MBA preferred.

Role Summary :

- As the Head of Pre-Sales & Solutions, you will lead the technical bridge between global business development and EPC execution.

- You will architect end-to-end mission-critical solutions (Greenfield, Hyperscale, Colocation) while acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients. Your mission is to deliver technically superior, "buildable," and cost-optimized proposals that win marquee global projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Bid Ownership: Lead solution design, capacity planning, and risk assessment for Giga-scale DC projects.

- Hyperscale Advisory: Guide clients on Tier III/IV, TIA-942, and ASHRAE standards, ensuring future-proof resiliency.

- Design Governance: Validate high-level architecture (Electrical, Mechanical, BIM) and optimize BOQs for maximum cost efficiency.

- Innovation: Drive next-gen concepts like Liquid Cooling, Modular Prefabricated DCs, and high-density AI clusters.

- Ecosystem Collaboration: Interface with OEMs, internal SCM, and construction teams to ensure design-to-execution accuracy.
