Head - Precast Operations

Job Description:

- Take complete ownership of the Precast Business and P&L.

- Manage revenue, costs, margins and profitability.

- Ensure precast projects are delivered on time, within cost and with good quality.

- Improve plant utilisation and production efficiency.

- Manage production planning, site erection, logistics, maintenance, QA/QC and safety.

- Manage relationships with institutional and industrial clients.

- Handle contracts, certification, billing and client escalations.

- Improve productivity and control operating costs.

- Build a strong pipeline of precast business in coordination with the CEO and business team.

- Develop systems and processes so that operations run smoothly without constant senior-management intervention.

- Build and develop strong teams and second-line leaders.

- Evaluate capacity expansion based on business demand, utilisation and profitability.
