- Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Oversee shop-floor scheduling, machine utilization, and capacity planning across all product divisions to ensure target efficiencies and quality standards are met.

- Seasonal Material Readiness: Partner with Procurement to align seasonal buying plans for agricultural raw materials with manufacturing schedules and projected customer demand.

2. Strategic Inventory Control & Working Capital Optimization:

- Inventory Governance: Direct inventory forecasting models and holding strategies across Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG) across all domestic and international stocking locations.

- Working Capital Optimization: Utilize data analytics to balance stock availability against working capital requirements, minimizing excess, slow-moving, or obsolete stock (SLOB).

- Data & Inventory Analytics: Oversee inventory tracking systems, auditing protocols, and reporting workflows within SAP to maintain high stock accuracy across the entire enterprise.

3. Global Logistics, Freight & Customs Management:

- Multi-Modal Freight Strategy: Design and manage global logistics framework across sea, air, and land transportation, optimizing freight costs while maintaining strict transit schedules.

- Carrier & Vendor Management: Lead high-value contract negotiations with ocean lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL/4PL service providers.

- Cold Chain & Temperature Control: Oversee specialized transport protocols to guarantee product integrity throughout transit.

- Customs & Import/Export Compliance: Ensure global shipping compliance, managing customs documentation, tariff classifications, export-import regulations, and trade clearance across all international destination ports.

4. Warehousing & Distribution Network Optimization:

- Warehouse Network Architecture: Direct the design and management of internal plant warehouses and third-party distribution centers globally.

- Safety, Hygiene & Material Protection: Enforce strict quality, safety, hygiene, and storage compliance across all warehouses to protect raw materials and finished goods from contamination or damage.

- Distribution Velocity: Optimize warehouse workflows, picking/packing procedures, and dispatch schedules to accelerate order fulfillment turnaround times.

5. Cost Control & Supply Chain Digitization:

- Financial Management & Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets, monitor process costs, and execute cost-containment initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and inventory carrying operations.

- Digital Transformation: Drive advanced SAP ERP utilization, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to build real-time, end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 20 years of progressive supply chain leadership, specifically overseeing production planning, material management, warehousing, and global logistics.

Core Technical Competencies:

- Advanced ERP Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in SAP (PP, MM, and SD modules) and supply chain planning tools.

- Global Trade & Freight: Mastery of international commercial terms (Incoterms), customs clearance regulations, ocean freight contracting, and logistics compliance.
