Head - Portfolio Advisory & Solutions

Key responsibilities include:

- House View Formulation: Partner with the CIO to develop and maintain the firm's house view across global and Indian macro, interest rate and currency cycles, equity outlook, credit environment and alternatives; translate these views into a coherent multi-asset allocation framework for HNI and UHNW clients

- Asset Class Direction: Define and periodically refresh the firm's tactical and strategic asset class stance - which asset classes to overweight, neutral or underweight; which sub-segments, geographies, themes and styles to favour through different stages of the market cycle

- Advisory Governance on Product Onboarding: Act as the senior advisory voice in the product onboarding process; review products being onboarded across Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, Fixed Income, REIT / InvIT, MLD, Structured Products and Global Investing from a client suitability, portfolio fit and governance perspective; ensure consistency between products offered and the house view

- Portfolio Review & Client Advisory: Lead the Portfolio Advisory team that works alongside Relationship Managers across 70+ cities to review HNI client portfolios, identify gaps versus the house allocation framework, and recommend specific portfolio actions aligned with each client's risk profile and objectives

- Thought Leadership & Communication: Author and oversee the firm's investment publications -monthly house view, quarterly outlook, thematic notes and tactical calls; represent the firm externally in client interactions, media engagements, industry forums and large client events

- Sales Enablement: Equip the wealth distribution team with the conviction, content and tools needed to deliver the house view consistently to clients; conduct periodic strategy briefings, training programs and engagements with senior Relationship Managers and clients

- Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with the CIO, Product Heads across asset classes, Risk, Compliance, Product Marketing, MIS and the Distribution leadership to ensure the advisory function is well integrated with the broader investment platform
