
Head of Platforms-
What You'll Own-
- P&L Leadership: End-to-end ownership of the marketplace P&L-topline, bottom line, and everything in between.
- Growth Strategy: Build and execute scalable growth strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, and other key marketplaces.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 3-4 (KAMs, performance marketing specialists, etc.).
- Ecosystem Relationships: Build strong partnerships with Amazon, Flipkart, and other platform stakeholders to drive growth levers.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee account health, visibility, search performance, listings, ratings/reviews, and promotional planning.
- Data-driven Execution: Track performance metrics, derive insights, and make sharp data-backed decisions to improve ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, brand, category, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Must-Haves:
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of the Amazon/Flipkart ecosystem.
- Could come from a brand, seller, vendor, or agency side, but must bring relevant experience and a strong network.
- P&L Ownership: Prior experience of running a P&L, with accountability for both topline and bottom line.
- Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills.
- Prior leadership/people management experience.
- Account management expertise with large e-commerce platforms.
