Plant HR Head (Gujarati Speaking)_ Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end plant HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, factory act, and statutory regulations.
- Act as a bridge between workers, union representatives, and management.
- Lead employee welfare and engagement initiatives to build a productive and inclusive work culture.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with corporate HR and plant leadership for policy implementation.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Full-time MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of plant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or allied industries.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, IR, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exposure to diversity and inclusion practices is preferred.
