Head - Plant HR - Manufacturing

Description:

- We are currently partnering with a reputed manufacturing organization with a strong presence across India to hire a Plant Head HR.

- This role will lead end-to-end HR, ER, and compliance functions across multiple manufacturing units, managing a total manpower base of around 600 employees with a small team.

- The role calls for a seasoned Plant HR professional with proven experience in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), statutory compliance, and HR operations.

- The incumbent will work closely with the leadership team to ensure a harmonious IR environment, drive employee engagement, capability building, and HR process excellence across units.

Ideal Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Plant HR / ER / IR from reputed manufacturing or FMCG setups.

- Strong exposure to union management, negotiations, and grievance handling.

- Thorough knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory operations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a people-first approach.
