Head - Plant & Corporate HR - FMCG/Food Processing

Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead HR operations, performance management, HR technology, employee engagement, and HR delivery for our Coimbatore location manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on HR leadership role requiring strong experience in both plant-manufacturing HR and corporate HR. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a large blue-collar workforce as well as white-collar corporate teams and should have a strong focus on execution, ownership, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR Operations and Plant HR across Coimbatore locations

- Drive Performance Management (PMS) end-to-end

- Own HRMS and HR Tech implementation and processes

- Lead Employee Engagement and Employee Relations

- Manage and develop plant HR teams

- Drive HR compliance and process improvement

- Partner with senior leadership on people initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- 10 - 14 years of progressive HR experience

- Strong Manufacturing-Plant HR and Corporate HR experience

- Hands-on experience with blue-collar and white-collar workforce

- Strong PMS and HRMS exposure

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and execution skills

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in FMCG, food-agri-processing, Beverages, or similar industries.

- Experience working in a growing-scaling organization where HR processes and structures are continuously evolving.
