Description:
- At least 5 years should be in hospitality infra development projects.
- Qualification : Bachelor of engineering in civil
- Must have knowledge of planning tools like MS Projects, Primavera and contract management skills.
Job purpose:
1. Responsible for planning and managing infrastructure projects. Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery without compromising quality or safety. Projects include small to medium building works and facility improvements.
2. Plan and monitor infrastructure projects using MS Project / Primavera.
3. Track progress and generate project MIS reports.
4. Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
5. Support design reviews and implement value engineering.
6. Manage change orders and control execution-phase variations.
7. Handle contract management and coordination with contractors.
8. Maintain strong documentation control and timely correspondence.
9. Manage stakeholders to ensure timely decisions and approvals.
