Roles & Experience

1. 18+ years of deep operational end-to-end planning experience

2. Previous experience in setting up a global capability hub preferred.

3. Experience with Kinaxis planning system preferred.

4. Extensive "end-to-end" Supply Chain manager experience; and handle leading people and ground- breaking changes.

5. Higher level degree or equivalent experience: Master's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

6. Experience of working in a matrix structure

Skills & Proficiencies:

- leadership capability with prior experience of working closely with business.

- A strong understanding of the business environment and practices with in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes and capability will be relevant to make this role a success.

- You must have excellent collaborative skills, a solution - oriented demeanor and ability to efficiently connect and influence senior customers to an aligned view.
