About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale user acquisition for a high-growth B2C AI subscription product. This role is laser-focused on driving profitable growth, optimizing CAC:LTV, and building scalable acquisition engines across paid and organic channels.
You will work directly with founders to unlock growth levers, optimize funnels, and maximize subscription revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Acquisition & Growth
- Own end-to-end acquisition across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Scale campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and payback periods
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize full funnel: Ad Landing Page Signup Activation Subscription
- Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, pricing, and onboarding flows
- Improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs across lifecycle stages
3. Subscription Revenue Optimization
- Drive free-to-paid conversions, retention, and repeat engagement
- Work closely with product teams on pricing, packaging, and paywalls
- Analyze cohort behavior, churn, and LTV to inform growth strategy
4. Creative Strategy & Experimentation
- Collaborate with designers/content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives
- Build a high-velocity experimentation engine (weekly testing cycles)
- Leverage data insights to iterate on messaging and hooks
5. Data & Analytics Ownership
- Track and analyze performance using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.
- Build dashboards for CAC, LTV, retention, and funnel metrics
- Derive actionable insights to continuously improve performance
Requirements
- 510 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for B2C products
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition for subscription-based apps/products
- Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, retention, payback period)
- Deep expertise in platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel analytics
- Ability to run fast experiments and iterate based on data
- Highly ownership-driven with a bias for execution
Good to Have
- Experience with AI products or consumer tech apps
- Exposure to international markets (US/Europe)
- Familiarity with influencer-led or content-led growth
