Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Revenue Leadership
- Own and deliver revenue targets by building a full-funnel growth engine that drives acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Design and execute data-led growth strategies across digital and offline channels to maximize CAC:LTV efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Business leaders to align on GTM plans, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle monetization.
- Drive regional, channel, and audience-specific growth plays to unlock new revenue streams.
2. Performance & Channel Marketing
- Lead ROI-driven paid marketing campaigns across Search, Display, Social, Affiliate, and Mobile with deep analytics and experimentation.
- Build and manage a scalable campaign engine supported by marketing automation and CRO best practices.
- Establish rigorous performance tracking and attribution models to measure true revenue contribution by channel and tactic.
3. Organic Growth & Content-Led Acquisition
- Lead high-impact organic growth via SEO, social, blog, newsletter, and community initiatives.
- Build and operationalize a strong content ecosystem that not only drives top-of-funnel traffic but also supports mid-funnel education and conversion.
- Drive domain authority and thought leadership positioning through strategic content partnerships and owned media.
4. Marketing Technology & Future-Readiness
- Invest in marketing technologies and platforms that improve personalization, conversion, and scale.
- Build forward-looking systems and workflows that support automation, AI-led decisioning, predictive analytics, and 1:1 customer journeys.
- Identify white spaces and future opportunities in customer behavior, product-market fit, and martech to maintain a competitive edge.
5. GTM Strategy for New Products & Markets
- Own the GTM planning and execution for all new launches - including customer insights, market sizing, positioning, pricing, messaging, and channel mix.
- Develop scalable playbooks for category creation, new product adoption, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and CX teams to build feedback loops and refine GTM execution in real-time.
