Role Overview-
Lead and scale the India People function, partnering closely with global leadership to build a high-performing, scalable organization. This role will act as the India People Leader and primary interface with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive People & Talent strategy for India
- Lead and manage HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning
- Build performance management and culture frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling organizations in high-growth environments
