Role Brief :
We're looking for someone who doesn't just run HR but shapes how the company feels, grows, and performs. This role is about building a culture people want to be part of, while making sure our people strategy actually drives business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the people game and make sure it keeps pace with where the business is heading next
- Build a culture that people actually feel every day- not just something we talk about in townhalls
- Jam with founders to turn big, ambitious goals into solid org structures and hiring plans
- Hire great leaders, build the bench, and make sure we always have the right people in the right roles
- Set up performance systems that actually push people to level up (and don't get ghosted)
- Keep engagement and retention real- no fluff, no forced fun, just what actually clicks with people
- Be the go-to person for managers when things get messy- teams, conflicts, tough calls, all of it
- Build HR systems that scale fast and don't turn into process overload
- Use data like a pro-spot patterns, fix issues early, and make smarter calls
- Bring in AI and automation wherever it makes sense- cut manual work, speed things up, and make HR way more efficient
You Are the Right Fit If You Have :
- Post-grad in HR (or something close enough)- you've got the fundamentals covered
- 12 - 15+ years in HR, with 4-5 years actually leading the charge on people strategy and culture
- You've seen scale up close- startups, high-growth chaos, or big transformation phases don't throw you off
- Comfortable with HR analytics and workforce planning- you use data to make calls, not just instincts
- You've worked closely with founders/CXOs and know how to turn business goals into org design, talent strategy, and culture that sticks
