Role Overview:
The Incumbent - Organization Development will be responsible for strengthening organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing and delivering strategies that build organizational capability, institutionalize change, strengthen leadership, and foster a high-performance, values-driven workforce. The ideal candidate brings a blend of systems thinking, behavioral science, analytics, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute an organization development roadmap aligned with business strategy and cultural goals.
- Lead organizational diagnostics, capability assessments, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to design operating models, roles, structures, and ways of working that promote agility and accountability.
- Own the leadership development architecture, including frameworks, academies, capability models, and succession planning.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, assessments, 360-degree feedback, and coaching interventions.
- Build leadership capability for change, inclusion, and values-led behaviors.
- Lead change management strategies for major initiatives such as digital transformation, restructuring, process redesign, and cultural transformation.
- Build enterprise change capability through toolkits, playbooks, governance models, and change leader development.
- Drive adoption and sustained behavior change through stakeholder engagement, communication, and impact measurement.
- Shape and embed culture aligned with organizational purpose, values, and leadership expectations.
- Facilitate leadership offsites, strategy sessions, workshops, and team effectiveness interventions.
- Coach leaders and teams to enhance performance, collaboration, communication, and decision-making.
- Leverage data and analytics to diagnose issues, identify root causes, design interventions, and measure outcomes.
- Develop dashboards and insights to track effectiveness and impact.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce strategy, change readiness, and cultural evolution.
- Ensure alignment, communication, and continuous improvement of organization development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field preferred.
- 10-18 years of experience in organization development, culture, transformation, or leadership development.
- Certifications in coaching, change management, or psychometric tools are an advantage.
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives and working across multiple functions.
