Description:
- The Head of People & Culture will lead the design and execution of initiatives that build leadership capability, elevate employee experience, and create a future-ready workforce in a fast-paced FMCD/e-commerce environment. The role drives succession, performance culture, learning, and organizational development focused on speed, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Build leadership and capability programs across commercial, supply chain, and customer service.
- Lead talent reviews, HiPo identification, succession planning for critical roles.
- Strengthen performance management to reward innovation, accountability, and customer impact.
- Drive engagement programs for warehouse, retail, field service, and digital workforce.
- Embed culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Deploy digital learning ecosystems, sales capability academies, and omni-channel skills.
- Partner with business to upgrade skills in product, category, tech-enabled commerce, and last-mile experience.
- Advise CEO and Board on organization effectiveness and leadership bets.
- Lead culture programs that unlock collaboration and cross-functional speed.
