Job Description:

This role offers the rare opportunity to build global partnerships at the intersection of luxury hospitality, wellness, real estate, and lifestyle brands.
Role Overview:
As Head of Partnerships, you will be the architect of global alliance strategy. You will build, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships with:
- Global hospitality operators (luxury & boutique)
- Retail brands for integrated lifestyle villages
- Theme park & entertainment partners
- Institutional & family office investors
- Luxury & wellness lifestyle brands
Key Responsibilities:
Investor & Capital Partnerships:
- Identify, attract, and engage domestic & global institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Lead capital-raising discussions for projects in the $25M to $150M range.
- Structure joint ventures, management contracts, and investment frameworks.
Hospitality & Entertainment Alliances:
- Build strategic alliances with five-star hotel operators, boutique hospitality brands, and entertainment majors.
- Secure management contracts and franchise deals for resorts.
- Explore partnerships with theme park operators (Disney, Universal, Genting, KidZania-type formats).
Retail Village Partnerships:
- Curate a portfolio of global and Indian brands for high-street retail villages within resort communities.
- Target luxury retail, F&B, experiential brands, and wellness lifestyle partners.
- Develop anchor tenant strategies to create destination-led retail hubs.
Strategic Negotiations & Relationship Management:
- Own the end-to-end deal process: from outreach and proposal to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain C-level relationships with partners across hospitality, retail, and real estate sectors.
- Represent the firm at international investment forums, luxury brand expos, and hospitality summits.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 12 to 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, investment relations, or business development.
- Proven record of striking large-scale partnerships in at least one of these sectors:
- Hospitality: Taj, Oberoi, ITC Hotels, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Accor, Rosewood, Aman, Six Senses.
- Luxury Retail: Reliance Brands, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, DLF Retail, Phoenix Mills, LVMH, Richemont, Kering, Armani, Burberry.
- Real Estate/Investments: Brookfield, Blackstone, GIC, Prestige, Brigade, Embassy, Hines.
- Entertainment & Leisure: Disney, Universal, KidZania, IMG, Essel Group, Cinepolis, PVR Inox.
Skills:
- Global Networking Prowess: Ability to access boardrooms of global brands & investors.
- Strategic Negotiation: Ability to structure win-win partnerships with long-term value.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of real estate investment structures, IRR, ROI, and REIT frameworks.
- Visionary Storytelling: Can craft investment narratives that attract global capital.
- Cross-Cultural Fluency: Ability to navigate global dealmaking across Asia, Middle East, Europe, and US.
Education:
- Tier-1 MBA (ISB, IIMs, INSEAD, Wharton, London Business School) preferred.
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or investment management is a plus.
