Role Overview:

The Head of Partnerships/Fundraising will be responsible for developing and executing Geohiring's partnership and fundraising strategies. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations that align with Geohiring's mission and business objectives.


The role also includes leading fundraising efforts to secure investments that fuel the company's growth and expansion. This individual will work closely with the executive team, sales, and marketing to drive revenue, enhance brand awareness, and expand Geohiring's market reach. The impact of this role will be significant, directly contributing to Geohiring's ability to scale its operations, innovate its platform, and ultimately transform the way companies hire.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Geohiring's reach and market presence.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including HR technology companies, staffing agencies, and industry associations, to create mutually beneficial collaborations.

- Lead fundraising efforts, including identifying potential investors, preparing pitch decks, and managing the due diligence process, to secure funding for Geohiring's growth initiatives.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Geohiring's strategic goals and financial objectives.

- Manage and nurture existing partnerships, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement, to maximize the value of these relationships.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives that leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth.

- Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to the executive team on key metrics and progress against goals, to inform strategic decision-making.

- Represent Geohiring at industry events and conferences, building relationships and identifying new partnership opportunities, to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

- Proven experience in fundraising, including identifying investors, preparing pitch decks, and managing the due diligence process.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Deep understanding of the HR technology landscape and the talent acquisition process.

- Prior experience as a founder is highly preferred, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive and a results-oriented mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
