Hiring for Head of Partnerships for a renowned Charitable Foundation based at Udaipur.

Work Timings : 10 am onwards, 9 hours ( Flexi Shifts) , 5 days working

CTC : Industry standard

Education : Graduate

You will be responsible for:

Building and nurturing strategic partnerships where all collaborations are value-aligned. To do this, you will:

1. Build and maintain a strong, aligned network of partners across sectors.

2. Secure and grow funding through long-term, values-aligned funder relationships.

3. Identify and engage high-quality collaborators (artists, facilitators, teachers, performers).

4. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support learning programmes.

5. Establish and strengthen partnerships with vendors and third-party service providers.

6. Partner with businesses to design meaningful volunteering opportunities.

7. Create and manage a strong customer pipeline for events, programmes, and services.

8. Use data to drive decisions, track progress, and share impact through clear reporting.

An ideal candidate must have:

Ability to build trust-based relationships.

Comfort working across functions and with cross-disciplinary teams.

Strong conflict management.

Negotiation and contract management skills.

It would help if you:

- Have experience in CSR/ESG roles in purpose-driven companies.

- Have led business development, experiential marketing.

- Can work with data.
