Head - Partnerships & Community - Education - IIM/MDI/ISB

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the community-building function, driving high-quality engagement with prospective students and their families.

- Serve as one of the organization's primary representatives, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

- Lead high-impact information sessions, presentations, and 1:1 interactions, communicating the organization's vision with clarity, conviction, and authenticity.

- Build credibility and confidence with students and families by helping them make informed decisions through high-integrity, consultative conversations.

- Partner closely with the founders and leadership team to shape community and partnership strategy and enhance the overall experience for prospective students and families.

- Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

- Act as a trusted ambassador for the organization, representing it with professionalism and sound judgment at every interaction.

Experience & Background:

- Strong academic credentials from a Tier 1 institution.

- 6 to 10 years of professional experience with significant exposure to the social impact, education, or nonprofit sector, in roles involving community building, partnerships, program leadership, or other stakeholder-facing work.

- Preferred understanding of youth, families, and the decisions they navigate around education and opportunity.

- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing high-value relationships.

- Experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
