About the role: - The Org. is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead strategic partnerships and alliances in the Loan Against Property (LAP), Housing Loan (HL), and Personal Loans (PL) domain. The Partnerships & Alliance Head will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing alliances with key stakeholders, including Banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, fintech, aggregators, and other business partners. - The role demands a strong understanding of co-lending and lending partnerships in LAP, HL, and PL, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic collaborations. A strong network of Banks & NBFCs is a must. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Alliances: Identify and establish partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, fintech companies, aggregators, and other relevant entities to enhance business opportunities. - Co- lending & Lending Partnerships: Drive co- lending and lending partnerships in LAP, HL, and PL with Banks and NBFCs to expand the business. - Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase business volumes through partnerships. - Market Expansion: Develop and implement scalable partnership models to penetrate new markets and increase customer outreach. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure mutual growth and business success. - Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead discussions, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with partners to optimize business outcomes. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Requirements: - 8-12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within the LAP, HL, and PL sector. - Must have worked in Partnerships & Alliances Business of NBFCs offering HL, LAP & PL in co- lending and partnership models. - Strong network and relationships within Banks & NBFCs to partner for business. - Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to drive revenue growth through innovative collaboration models. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
