Role Description:

The P&L Head at CCSPL will own end-to-end profit and loss responsibility for a defined business unit or product portfolio. This full-time remote role involves setting financial and growth targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to improve revenue, margins, and cost efficiency. The P&L Head will collaborate with product, sales, marketing, risk, and operations teams to optimize pricing, portfolio mix, and customer acquisition and retention. Key day-to-day activities include analyzing financial data and KPIs, managing budgets, overseeing forecasting, and preparing reports for senior leadership. The role also includes driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance overall business profitability.

Qualifications:

- Strong financial management skills, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Experience in financial services or lending domains such as business loans, personal loans, working capital, supply chain finance, home loans, or insurance and investments.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and use of analytical tools or dashboards to inform decisions.

- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business growth, and portfolio optimization.

- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.

- Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment and collaborating virtually across teams.

- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

- Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to financial services.
