Job Summary : - Maintaining process and procedures in line with various Outsourcing guidelines and notifications issues by RBI and other regulatory bodies from time to time. - Conduct thorough evaluation and perform necessary due diligence for a prospective service provider prior to engaging the Service Provider - Perform Outsourcing and Vendor Agreement review for all units of the bank - Schedule and conduct vendor risk reviews onsite and offsite to ascertain the effectiveness of vendor's operational aspects such as Information Security, Process, Business Continuity. - Examine the due diligence materials for the readiness of launching of outsourcing activities - Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and changes / developments of business and operations of the bank from outsourcing management and third-party dependency management perspectives - Conduct training for staff to promote bank outsourcing management perspectives - Prepare regular management reports of the outsourcing management status - Conduct regular/ thematic compliance reviews related to outsourcing covering the bank and other subsidiaries to identify possible risks, provide recommendations to address control weakness. - Review of agreements and other documents such as Product notes marked to Risk for review from an outsourcing perspective - Publish weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports. Publishing Outsourcing and downtime Dashboards. - Reviewing Policies and Sops related to Outsourcing. - Convening Management level Outsourcing Committee meeting. - Sharing of MIS/dashboard with higher management along with conducting relevant meetings on timely basis. - Liaising with IT department and Information security department for IT and Cyber security matters. Therefore IT related experience or Knowledge is preferred. - Provide inputs to CRO in assessing the risk profile of various vendors and vendor agreement and provide timely and accurate reports. - Ideal candidate should have experience in IT/Information security of a Bank and should be willing to work in Risk Management Department of the Bank particularly on Vendor Risk and agreements.
