Description: Our esteemed client, a leading MNC, is seeking a Head Organizational Development (OD) & HR Operations.

Job Purpose:

- Lead and drive Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations initiatives aligned with business goals to build a high-performance culture and deliver seamless HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive OD initiatives including change management, leadership development, succession planning, and culture transformation.

- Lead employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, internal communication, and DEI initiatives.

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including HRIS, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and agility.

- Use HR analytics and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

- Strong strategic and execution capabilities.

- Expertise in OD, employee engagement, and HR operations.

- Data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and large HR projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

- HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in mid to large-sized organizations.
