About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Head of Organic Content to build and scale a high-impact content engine for a fast-growing consumer brand.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, science/insight-led content, and performance, with ownership across all organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end organic content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/Reels, and Email/Newsletter

- Translate brand strategy, product insights, and complex concepts into simple, engaging, and shareable content

- Build scalable content IPs and repeatable formats that drive engagement, saves, and organic growth

- Lead content planning, calendar, and execution across formats (short-form, long-form, editorial)

- Partner with product, insights, PR, and influencer teams to create integrated narratives

- Drive data-led decision making-track performance, optimize content, and scale what works

- Build and manage a lean in-house + external content ecosystem (creators, agencies, editors)

What We're Looking For

- 8-12 years in content, social, editorial, or digital storytelling roles

- Strong experience scaling organic content across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms

- Proven ability to turn complex or insight-heavy topics into high-engagement content

- Strong understanding of content analytics, audience behavior, and platform algorithms

- Experience working with consumer brands, D2C, media, or health/wellness categories preferred

- High ownership mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
