- Following a demand driven approach, identify potential agri-suppliers of focus products from whom a market linkage is desirable to bring their produce to the market and earn better realizations. These suppliers could be of various types: Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO) organizations which work closely with farmers to help them to grow better agri-producers who produce on their own any other supplier who produce and is looking for a market - Connect and engage into discussions with the identified agri-supplier to pitch the platform, its benefits to the supplier and onboard the suppliers - Formalize commercial and operational arrangements with the agri-suppliers. - Devise processes for quality assurance, certification & traceability. - Agree on business transaction flow right from indenting to payment. - Follow-up execution of these arrangements. - Coordinate with FarmLink admin team for seller onboarding, product listing, inventory planning and channel-wise pricing strategies - Develop and monitor partnership KRAs.
