About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations - West to lead operational excellence for one of India's fastest-growing QSR brands.

- This role will oversee the performance and growth of 20-30 outlets, ensuring that each location delivers on business objectives, operational standards, and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will take ownership of daily operations across the region, driving store performance through effective SOP implementation, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

- You will manage P&L for the West Zone, plan expansion activities, and ensure each outlet meets profitability targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Your responsibilities will include vendor management, ensuring timely supply chain operations, and negotiating favorable contracts to optimize costs without compromising quality.

- You will lead regional teams, set clear KPIs, and provide strategic direction to align with company growth objectives.

- A significant part of the role involves analyzing operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer loyalty.

Required Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of proven experience in operational leadership roles within the QSR or food service industry, with direct oversight of multi-outlet operations.

- Strong track record in P&L management, team leadership, and operational process optimization.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale operational strategies in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
