Job Description: Head - Spare Parts

Will be responsible for the entire life cycle of spare parts, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and consumption tracking for mechanical maintenance, ensuring zero downtime for critical steel plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Spares Planning: Review and control spare parts consumption, procurement, and expenditure. Ensure availability of critical spares, including bearings, rollers, seals, and couplings.

Material Planning & Logistics: Coordinate with commercial departments to ensure timely material procurement and site arrival.

Maintenance Support: Maintain spares and conduct AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups for critical equipment.

Breakdown Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failure and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to material usage.

Data & Documentation: Compile data for monthly reports and presentations regarding inventory and consumption.

Quality & Safety: Maintain compliance with quality standards (ISO/TQM) and ensure 100% safety during material management
