- The incumbent will be responsible for driving the operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability of the retail chain across 500 retail outlets in West Bengal.

- The incumbent will be a strategic leader with deep knowledge in large-scale retail operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver sustainable growth in a highly market.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Postgraduate in Management

- 12-18 years of experience in large-scale retail / FMCG operations.

- Proven track record in handling multi-store operations (200+ outlets preferred).

- Strong understanding of al lcompliance , supply chain, and customer service.

- Exposure to digital transformation in retail operations is an advantage.
