Head - Operations - Retail Business

Role Overview:

The Head Operations will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Store Managers and driving overall business performance across the assigned area. The role involves managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), achieving revenue targets, minimizing shrinkage, and improving productivity and operational efficiency through effective people and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers across the assigned area.

- Drive achievement of top-line business objectives and revenue targets.

- Own and manage the P&L performance for the assigned area.

- Implement initiatives to minimize shrinkage and improve operational controls.

- Enhance productivity and efficiency through effective people and process management.

- Monitor business performance and ensure operational excellence across stores.

- Drive consistency in execution and operational standards across the retail network.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations and business growth.

Desired Profile:

- 15-18 years of experience in the Retail industry.

- Strong experience in managing retail operations and multi-store environments.

- Proven expertise in P&L management.

- Experience in leading and developing large operational teams.

- Strong understanding of productivity improvement and process efficiency initiatives.

- Ability to drive business performance while maintaining operational excellence.
